Proyecto para el concurso de una nueva sede de oficinas del Instituto Nacional de Seguridad y Salud en Fuengirola.

Propuesta ganadora en la evaluación según criterios de calidad arquitectónica y espacial, y medidas de sostenibilidad.

Se propone un edificio donde las zonas de espera están conectadas por dobles alturas, los jardines intermedios unifican el espacio interior llenándolo de color con vegetación autóctona y la luz exterior es filtrada por un doble vidrio que contribuye al carácter sostenible del proyecto. La geometría es sencilla y los materiales nobles, resultando un edificio de imagen serena al exterior y transparente al interior.

Project for the competition of a new office building for the Instituto Nacional de Seguridad y Salud in Fuengirola

Winning proposal in the evaluation according to architectural and spatial quality criteria and sustainability measures.

A building is proposed where the waiting areas are connected by double heights, the intermediate gardens unify the interior space filling it with colorful and local vegetation, and the exterior light is filtered by a double glass that contributes to the sustainable character of the project. The geometry is simple and the materials are noble, resulting in a building with a serene image on the outside and transparent on the inside.
