Esta promoción se construyó junto a la plaza de toros de Aranjuez, en el Camino de Ontígola.

En dos hileras paralelas, se resolvieron escalonadas las 33 viviendas siguiendo la pendiente de la calle. Cada una de ellas se distribuye en 3 plantas siguiendo los mismos criterios que se habían utilizado en el Concurso del Valdemoro del año anterior, es decir, posición transversal de la escalera, circulación junto a las medianeras, porche en planta baja y azotea en cubierta. En esta ocasión fue necesario construir parte de la cubierta con un faldón inclinado. Por debajo de las viviendas corren los garajes a los que se accede por una única entrada. Se evita de este modo la continua interrupción de la calle, tal y como ocurriría si se hubiesen situado en cada una de las viviendas.

La imagen de muros blancos, de ladrillo klinker o enfoscado, perseguía diferenciar las viviendas del resto de las construcciones de alrededor.

This promotion was built next to the bullring of Aranjuez, along the way that goes to Ontígola.

In two parallel lines, the 33 semi-detached houses were staggered following the slope of the street. Each of them is distributed in 3 floors following the same criteria that had been used in the contest of Valdemoro in the previous year, stairs in transverse position, circulation next to the lateral walls, a porch in the ground floor and a rooftop terrace. However, this time it was necessary to build part of the roof with a sloping apron. The garages, with a single entrance, run below the house. This solution preventeds the continuous interruption of the street, as it would have happened if individual garage entrance for each house had been projected.

The image of the white walls, made of klinker or plastered brick, sought to differentiate the houses from the other surrounding constructions.
