Se trata de un edificio de 285 viviendas tuteladas para ancianos y gente sin recursos, correspondiendo 157 de ellas a viviendas de 1 dormitorio, 104 a viviendas de 2 dormitorios, 10 a viviendas de 3 dormitorios y 14 para realojo temporal. El edificio cuenta también con salones comunes y un pequeño Centro de Salud.

La propuesta arquitectónica se hace desde la consideración y el respeto de la normativa local. Consiste en un bloque con tipología de manzana cerrada, de 3 y 4 plantas sobre baja y ático con una profundidad de 16 metros.

La planta baja actúa como zócalo de las demás y contiene los servicios comunes. En el centro de esta planta baja se sitúa un gran jardín con abundante vegetación mientras que las dos plantas de sótano contienen el aparcamiento y las salas de instalaciones. Las viviendas de 1 dormitorio dan a la calle Agustina de Aragón y las de 2 dormitorios hacia las calles Marie Curie y Agatha Christie. Entre ellas se sitúan las salas comunes.

This is a building of 285 tutored homes for the elderly and people without resources. Among them, 157 were 1-bedroom houses, 104 had 2 bedrooms, 10 were 3-bedroom homes and 14 were conceived for temporary re-housing. The construction also has common areas and a small Health Center.

The architectural proposal draws from the consideration and respect of the local regulations. It consists of a building following a closed block type, composed of 3 and 4 floors on low level, and a 16 meters deep attic.

The ground floor acts as a base for the rest of the levels and contains the common services. In the center of this ground floor, there is a large garden with abundant vegetation, while the two basement floors contain the parking and the facilities rooms. The one-bedroom apartments face Agustina de Aragón street and the 2-bedroom ones, Marie Curie and Agatha Christie streets. Among them, some common rooms are alternately inserted.
