En esta agrupación de 9 viviendas adosadas se aprovecha la mayor longitud del triangular solar de tal modo que se libera el máximo espacio posible para jardines y piscina. Gracias al escalonamiento derivado de la inclinación de la calle y la presencia significativa de los tiros de chimenea, se identifica cada una de las unidades.
Las viviendas, de cal blanca y cubierta parcialmente inclinada, se resuelven con la idea de introducir un pequeño patio en el centro de cada una de tal modo que se crean transparencias y ventilaciones cruzadas, siempre interesantes.
En las terrazas superiores se dispone de una estancia con buenas vistas del paisaje de alrededor.
In this group of 9 semi-detached houses, the maximum length of the triangular solar is used so that as much space as possible is freed and used for gardens and a swimming pool. Thanks to the steepness derived from the inclination of the street and the significant presence of the chimney shots, each unit is identified.
The houses, made of white lime and a partially sloping roof, are resolved with the idea of introducing a small courtyard in the center of each one, so that transparencies and cross ventilation are always present.
In the upper terraces, there is a room with great views over the surrounding landscape.
