En esta ocasión, se trataba de una reforma de un local situado en la calle Serrano, junto a la iglesia de los Jesuitas, sin escaparate. Por ello, el atractivo debía crearse ya desde el acceso.

Toda la importancia del proyecto se le concedió a la exposición, a la manera en que eran mostradas y vistas las distintas composiciones de muebles de cocina. Por esta razón, se optó por buscar una ambientación lo más escenográfica posible. Se pensó en un suelo blanco, resuelto con un precioso mármol italiano combinado con grava de playa, mientras que las paredes y techos se concibieron completamente negros.

Una cuidada iluminación artificial y la ambigüedad que provoca la colocación de vidrios transparentes y mateados fuera de las líneas de encuentro de los acabados, completan la estrategia proyectiva.

This time, the project consisted of the reform of a premise located in the Serrano street, next to the Jesuit church, with no showcase. This lead to the thought that the attraction should be created from the access.

The exhibition was considered the most important factor of the project, this is, the way the different kitchen furniture collections were shown and viewed. For this reason, a stage effect was pursued. This was achieved by projecting a white floor covered by precious Italian marble and combined with beach gravel, while the walls and ceilings were conceived in black

A careful artificial lighting and the ambiguity that causes the placement of transparent and matte glasses outside the meeting lines of the finishes, completed the project’s strategy.
