Este proyecto ganó el Primer Premio del Concurso de Ideas convocado por el Ayuntamiento de Valdemoro.

 

Se proyectaron 53 viviendas adosadas a lo largo de la Ronda de Comunidades y de la calle Fuente de la Teja, alrededor del parque que limita con el Cementerio. Se agruparon en 4 hileras de tal modo que se interrumpieran en los puntos clave.

 

Las viviendas se plantearon con un esquema que ya había sido utilizado por los arquitectos en otras ocasiones. Se trata de adosados de crujía en torno a 6 metros que permiten la colocación de una escalera transversal, lo lo que organiza de forma muy clara el interior. El porche se sitúa ante la casa y la cubierta es plana con parte techada. Por debajo de las hileras de vivienda se sitúan los garajes a los que se accede desde los extremos.

 

Los arquitectos solo desarrollaron el proyecto Básico. En el Proyecto de Ejecución, y durante la obra, se hicieron numerosas modificaciones, tal como puede verse hoy en día.

The architects only developed the bBasic project. In the EjecutiveImplementation Project Projects and during the works, numerous modifications were made, as it can be seen today.
