En un solar de fuerte pendiente se proyectó esta vivienda de claro sabor andaluz, con muros ciegos de cal blanca y patios de luz reverberada, componiendo los volúmenes que, sin embargo, reconocen una indisimulada deuda con ciertas obras del racionalismo europeo de los años veinte.

La obra se ejecutó al año siguiente de ser proyectada, en ladrillo y teja árabe, con una imagen bastante diferente de la inicial.

Built in a very steeply plot, this housing was designed with a clear andalusian flavor in blind walls of white lime and courtyards with reverberated light, composing the volumes that, nevertheless, reveal an undisclosed debt to certain works of the European rationalism of the twenties.

The work was executed the following year of its projection, in brick and Arab tile, though with an appearance quite different from the original one.
